Looking over the way John does certain things at Gaglione Strength to run his business and some of the ways that information is stored into the computer our group had a few suggestions so John can keep track of information and the business can run a lot more smooth.
When new people (John's new leads) reach out to him about coaching, usually it is through email but some of the time it's through his social media accounts like Instagram and Facebook.
For this reason, John has a hard time keeping track of the number of leads since he doesn't always get contacted through his email. When the lead comes through a direct message on Instagram or Facebook message he needs to write it down so he remembers to email them back.
Solution: John needs to have an information system that is strictly for just leads and how they can contact him. This way leads will not get lost and he can keep track of them all. All of this can be solved by John getting an EAI system. EAI stands for Enterprise Application Integration; it connects two separate systems and one of them transfers data to the other one with in a certain amount of time. A major advantage with using an EAI system is that is enables organizations to use existing applications while eliminating many other serious problems. So John could connect all of his systems so no information gets lost and it can all travel to one place and he can be more efficient with his time.
Another recommendation we have for Gaglione Strength is to create a mobile app available for all mobile devices where clients can check their progress, past payments and next payment due dates, and training schedules.
We also suggest that John gets safeguards for his computer systems, the main reason being that all of his clients information is on Pike 13; credit card info and their personal information. If there was a problem with his system, all of the information could be compromised.
